What Happens If I Receive a Faulty Product?
At Totally Pleasure Parties, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that occasionally, things can go wrong.
If you believe you've received a faulty product, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Check the Batteries: Often, products that don’t seem to work properly are due to battery issues. Try using fresh batteries, and ensure they're inserted the right way. If your product is rechargeable, make sure it’s fully charged.
- Remove any Protective Tabs: Some products come with a protective circular battery tab to prevent accidental activation. If this tab is present, please remove it before use.
- Check for a Travel Lock: Some items have a travel lock feature. If your product has one, you may need to hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to turn it on.
- Fully Charge the Item: If your product is rechargeable, be sure to give it a full charge before using it for the first time. Some products may come with a small residual charge, but others require a full charge before use.
If your product is still not working as expected, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving it. To help us assist you, please include the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- If possible, a photo or video showing the fault
Once we receive your information, we will assess the situation and arrange a replacement if necessary. If the exact item is unavailable, we’ll provide a store credit for you to choose a new item from our selection.
Please note, we do not resell returned products. All returns are sent to the manufacturer for fault analysis and replacement.
